Industry standard is to charge for bag pickup, but at the moment, this is not a service we can provide due to the size of the company. If in the future we will provide this service, it will be attached as an optional feature.

We offer flexible service schedules including weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanups. You can choose the frequency that best suits your needs.

Yes - we back our pooper scooper services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The teams at every one of our independently owned and operated locations are very thorough and committed to making sure your property is free and clear of poop, but if for any reason you aren’t fully happy, just let us know within 24 hours of our visit and we’ll come back out to fix the problem.

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the cleanup while you're away.

Our team loves dogs and would be happy to clean your property with them outside as long as they are friendly and allow us to do our job unimpeded. If they aren’t as friendly or simply make our job more difficult, we would prefer if you kept them inside until our services are complete.

Although we do our best to clean up poop in your yard when the leaves have fallen, it’s important for you to remove them as best you can before we arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot honour our service guarantee if we can’t find the poop under the leaves.

We provide service rain or shine. Our team is equipped to handle various weather conditions. : When a special weather alert is posted by Environment Canada in one of our work areas, we put safety first and take applicable crew members off the road. We monitor extreme summer (heat) or winter (snow and cold) conditions and adjust our schedule accordingly. Our aim is to service missed locations within 1-3 days after a storm system has passed and/or when it is safe to do so, even if that means working Saturdays.

We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don’t have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s the quality of our service on which we stake our reputation. We’re working very hard to make the name Pooch Doo Care mean reliable, high-quality, customer-focused service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service* is not completely satisfactory, please send us an email with the details so we can address your concerns right away. We will make it right either by coming back to re-clean the yard within 24 hours, or by crediting your account so you won’t be charged for either cleaning.
